Faymont Baptist Church, Fayetteville, North Carolina, is seeking a full-time pastor with a degree from an accredited Bible College or Seminary whom is a gifted teacher who enables persons to learn and understand deep spiritual truths.  A man with good communication and organizational skills with a clear and compelling call from God.  Compassion for people and experience in shepherding a body of believers to:

•  Disciple them to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

•  Strengthen the families and establish them in God’s Word from the youngest to the oldest.

•  Lead the church in reaching the unchurched and unsaved people in the community with the gospel of Christ.

•  Nurture the mindset of personal involvement in support of worldwide missions.

•  Willing to relocate to the Fayetteville community or reasonably close proximity to Faymont Baptist Church.

Faymont cooperates on missions with the Southern Baptist Convention, the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina and New South River Baptist Association. Faymont currently has 125 active members, with a 250 seat worship center and a 125 seat fellowship building. Interested persons should submit resumes here.
